Even before watching the full video , I suggest that even Simple Simon
could question whether all Vitamins D are equal . D3 and D2 are two
separate forms that are synthesized differently . Another point is
Vitamin D needs Magnesium to Transport it to the relevant Cells . It
also needs other co - factors to maximise the effectiveness of any
supplemental ingestion . Just saying ! ! !
