Armstrong - maybe not)
FD spends $130K on apparatus mtnce and $150K on ambulance mtnce - really?
MetroFire fee is $5K
DPW has 2 mechanics also
Cemetery Dept has 5 FT staff plus 3 summer helpers who get $4K each -
dept also spends $100K on landscaper services
PD budget has no dispatchers and no mechanics - but there are approx 5
clerks - are they really dispatchers? or does PD use Captains as
dispatchers (150K each)?
FD budget has no dispatchers - they must use firefighters to work as dispatchers
