we noticed that the (approx 2021) dispatch manual for D5 D6 D14 D15
listed Hanscom AFB approx 4 times - once under D6 and once under D14
and once with foam trailer and foam truck

neither massfiretrucks nor firenews.org shows any crash trucks nor
foam trailers at Hanscom AFB FD at this time - we believe they have
been all removed within the last 2 to 5 years - maybe shortly afetr
MassPort moved 2 of their crash trucks to Hanscom

Hanscom AFB FD operates two 4 man engines and a 2 man rescue and 1
chief officer 24/7 per firenews,org

no Hanscoms FDs were called on the D14 rollcall today nor yesterday

presumbably the Hanscom AFB FD operates on the Hanscom AFB TRS at 380 mhz

presumbably the Massport Hanscom FD operates on the new Massport 800
mhz TRS at Hanscom

Hanscom AFB FD has regularly shown up at multi alarm fires in nearby
towns over the past 50 years - they used to cover several line boxes
in the north end of Lincoln also - plus probably Concord and Lexington
line boxes also - plus maybe Bedford line boxes - they have also sent
their heavy Rescue truck to major Route 2 crashes iirc
