to activate - pull the top of the little clear window toward you - it
arcs down / there is a hinge at the bottom of that white piece - then
pull the little white hook inside straight down - ( you can barely see
the little white hook in this photo )
you should hear the box start clicking - and then a couple of minutes
later you should start hearing some sirens - a cop car might pull up
first - if they still respond to street boxes in Newton
