Total BS the
police don’t always go full felony mode until they get more confirmation
the person is likely who they are looking for. Heck many purposely hope
to not tip the person off that is why they stopped them.
Good point. They only had suspicion by physical resemblance.
Now if they were pulling over a car that also matched witness
descriptions on top of the physical resemblance, or had a matching
plate, then they’d likely make it a full felony stop in that case.
