apparently in the "23 ward" area (which is the eastern part of th city
and includes downtown) the volunteers only have tiny trucks to carry
portable pumps
maybe in the Tama or western half of the city the volunteers have full
fledged minipumpers - maybe 500 GPM with 300 gallon tanks - even
though their fire stations seem to be the same size as the eastern
volunteer fire stations (mostly) - some of the easrtern vol stations
are pretty tiny
the eastern vols do have radios and portapowers - but no scba - no aed
- but they do have litters
