per NYC PD Emerg Services radio channel - no reports of erratic
aircraft before the incident - initial calls received at 148 PM approx
- just 2 calls received - lots & lots of bad info - finally 15 minutes
later Charlie 1 reports fully involved helo on roof per FDNY Batt
