A strong storm system over the Inter-mountain West will gradually push
east into the Plains and Mississippi Valley over the next few days.
Severe weather will be possible from the north-central Plains into the
Upper/Mid-Mississippi Valley through Thursday. Heavy rainfall and
flash flooding will be possible from the Upper Midwest to Northern
