in 2018 Pierce built tower 2 and tower 3 for dow - I figured out they
are at Oyster Creek and Plant B - both sites are in Brazoria County in
Texas

if you look closely at the rig photos - you can see Plant B and Oyster
Creek on the emblems (or below the emblem)
I mention this because FireFandom shows the rigs in Harris County
Pierce job numbers were 31783-01 and 31783-02
