back in Jan 2018 - deaths were 10% above normal - at 67,000 instead of 60,000
no other excess death peaks from Jan 2017 to 2020
weekly USA death toll has fluctuated from approx 55,000 to 60,000
during this period - with peaks in the winter (Jan and Feb)
