not quite sure why they are sitting on $2M - they have 400K set aside
for new apparatus - they have $4M in assets which are probably rigs
and stations - salaries are only 100K - they have $3M in bonds to pay
off but that seems doable (only costs $200K per year) - they get
$800K in taxes every year
there is some info here about comms and dispatch costs
anyone know why they would have $2M in the bank?
looks to me that they could do a 3 year tax holiday and not even miss the money
what am I missing here?
