night after entering password following multi step process - and then
getting to a page that says the system is not available

1209 pm - expected 60 minute wait time

no option for callback - continuously repeated messages about 3 to 13
week delays in processing mail

1236 pm - expected 75 minute wait

1245 pm - 75 minute wait

1255 pm - 95 minute wait

1303 pm - 105 minute wait

1312 pm - 90 minute wait

1319 pm - someone answers the phone

1323 pm - account is reset after answering 3 security questions

lol - these are the people that control the USA money supply

I mentioned at the end that the system was unavailable last night -
she said it is available now - and then she said that sometimes
happens - the system goes down - lol - great - reeks of competence and
honesty
