usually no tones are chirps are heard coming over this feed - just the
dispatcher and random field units are heard
however
Jan 17 2023 - Tuesday - 1045 am EST - approx 10 second steady tone -
then dispatcher transmits - 'effective 0800 - plan 2 hazards, plan 1
staffing - resume normal operations'
this was at the end of some rainy weather and flooding - seems they
were releasing any extra crews that they had working - 'plan 2' might
have been 'phase 2' - but they probably said 'plan 2' and 'plan 1' -
'hazards' might have been 'hand crews' - trying to take notes when
they are talking 80 mph aint easy

in any case - if one just wants to receive apparent 'countywide all
calls' - find that long tone - and enter 155.055 and pl 82.5 in your
receiver - it might just activate once or twice a year - or maybe they
test it daily
