cal fire in san diego county dispatches 3 indian reservations +
medevac helicopters + mercy ground ambs + county fire + cal fire -
(per 2022 cal fire unit plan)

so this would be the channels they are using

so maybe they are very unique - maybe these are the only cal fire
stations that do NOT use VHF as their primary channels

not quite sure why they have groups of 1 or 2 or 3 talkgroups for
incident use in Zone 10

in zone 11 they probably have 3 TG per incident and they probably use
the ATG feature for these groups
