2019 meeting about race track safety

if you were to write up some track safety standards - what would they say?

1. no one goes on the track without clearance from race controller

2. need to get doctor or paramedic to victim as quickly as possible

3. need to get fire extinguishers and rescue tools to victim as soon as possible

4. need to be able to upright vehicles

5. probably need cribbing and shoring and jacks also

6. need to be able to handle multiple victims

7. need to have plan to get victim to operating room ASAP

8. minimum staffing at any event is 1 first responder - preferably
with EMT and firefighter training

most events can easily provide this level of safety services - EMTs
are not that expensive
