2 VFD run bls ambs - rest are all als
Paris fd runs als intercept service - owensboro fire also (owensboro
also does bls intercept ???)
bellevue dayton fd runs 'als only' ambulance - as does daviess county fire

in addition - cumberland tunnel has a bls ambulance service - not fire
- more like public safety - they have a fire truck or two also - they
might be funded by natl park service
