000045 - lower left - tower ladder arrives - (approx 90 minutes into the fire)
004500 - staging area - Houston Ladder there and misc industrial units
fire first reported at 254pm per anchor
002100 - fire really rolling
005150 on tape is 419pm
003530 - anchor says something making the smoke very black - lol
030500 - foam stream starts from pumper
031149 - good look at 2nd vacuum truck - cab is gone
basically it looks like they put 1 attack truck on the fire with 2
large streams - 1 stream was hitting a smaller white tank - seemed to
be 1 or 2 other smaller fixed streams also operating - maybe from
preinstalled deck guns / monitors - and then they let the control room
shut down the right valves to cut off fuel supply to the fire
