there are at least 2 medic units and at least 2 water tenders on this
list - maybe they should not be listed here since Cal Fire does not
own any water tenders or medic units - or maybe they do - now
its a fine point
the ambulances might be owned by a private ambulance company or a
local government agency or a FD or a EMS agency or the county - they
could be staffed by anyone also - but apparently they are based at CDF
stations - and are probably dispatched by CDF dispatchers
