BASE AND LOCATION POINTS OF 240 CATS AMBULANCES (Operated by GVK
EMRI), 50 MEDULANCE 40 KAPOOR 50 RAKSHAK
translation - 240 cats owned ambulances are staffed by GVK EMRI
company - 50 ambulances are owned and operated by Medulance company -
40 ambulances are operated by Kapoor company or foundation - 50
ambulances are operated by Rakshak ambulance company
not positive on who owns what ambulances and who staffs which
ambulances - but am guessing that all ambulance crews are funded by
CATS which is a government agency - all of the staff might be hired by
those 4 companies now - so maybe all would be considered to be
governmental contractors
all dispatching is done via 102 to CATS Dispatch Center to cellphone
apps probably - or maybe 102 hands off some calls to the 4 companies
dispatch centers - if they even have dispatch centers - we should
check their websites and see what they have to say for themselves
RED Ambulance might be different - they might just run calls for the
rich hospitals
