bottom line - dog expert (who has seen hundreds or thousands of dog
bites) says that John O'Keefe's arm injuries are definetely dog attack
injuries - and he is not surprised that a dog would attack someone -
he said 50% of dogs will attack and 50% will run away -
so it does not surprise him that a German Shepherd (possibly
untrained) would attack someone and cause those types of arm injuries
- he talked alot about dog mentality etc
the dog expert also said the only sure way to stop a dog attack is to
choke the dog out
