not sure what this is all about - apparently in the last few years -
RED ambulance has started to operate 70% of the hospital ambulances in
India
there is mention of 200 ambulances and 3000 ambulances and maybe 5000 ambulances
sounds like venture capitalists run amok
RED ambulance claims 12 minute response times in Delhi - is that rich
neighborhoods only?
