some maps show repeater locations
'frequency' = the radio channel / dispatcher / radio operator that
covers a specific area - ie - they dispatch on 4 or 5 different radio
channels - 1 per geographical area - this might not be clearly stated
in the report - but we know - we know - check 'radio reference' if you
are in doubt
