The District entered into a contract to build a new fire engine in
October 2022. As a part of the original agreement the District paid a
$100,000 deposit, and an additional $46,422 in the current fiscal year
which will be used towards the total purchase price once the engine is
completed and delivered to the District. The engine is expected to be
delivered in the fiscal year ending June 30,
2025.
