mobile command post responds when pumps 5
apparently the wholetime crew members do not respond to any calls when off duty
they work day nigh schedules - 2 days on 2 nights on 4 days off
pumper has 40 foot ground ladder - newer engines have 100 gallons of
foam concentrate also
