coastal took one call
action called in looking for a bems unit to handle a winthrop call -
bems said they had no one to send
one minor mva call got bfd CCed because bems had no units to send
CCed = carbon copied via CAD - from bems to bfd
the coastal dispatcher uses the callsign of "Operations" on his
company channel - we know because he keyed up on bama by mistake
bama dispatcher has a bad case of the sniffles
