if you sift thru this info you will find that -

Air Rescue has a different (but very similar) phone number - but they
are dispatched by the regular AEL comm center - (per March 2025 info
from AEL corporate HQ)

Methodist Air Care is dispatched by the regular AEL comm center - but
Methodist Air Care 1 in San Antonio is also dispatched by REACH for
specialty team calls

MU HealthCare has their own dispatch center for 4 helos - unknown what
radio channels they use - you would expect them tp use their own
channels - but they might use AEL channels since they have AEL helo
numbers - MU1 is AEL 119 - MU2 is AEL 170 - MU3 is AEL 60 - MU4 is AEL

STATflight in Rutherford TN has their own telo number and dispatch
center - they might be the same as AEL 175

Lutheran Air in Indiana has their own dispatch telo number and
dispatch center - AEL 162 is Lutheran Air 1 - AEL 163 is Lutheran Air
2 - AEL 161 is Lutheran Air III - (can we make a suggestion for
renumbering them?)

we can dig some more and find some better radio channel info - later

bottom line - AEL runs a massive dispatch system - and they cover
99.99% of their vast empire - however - there are a few stragglers -
as listed above
