cameraman says that he heard the cops on the scene call in the fire to
the police dispatcher via their police radios
apparently the police dispatcher never told the fdny about it
not sure how much time really elapsed - this video tape might have been cut
pretty sure that tree was on fire - should have called in LAFD helos
