Dr. Goldhamer nails it — fasting isn't just about weight loss, it's a
full system reset. The way it improves sleep quality, reduces
inflammation, and clears brain fog is incredible. So much of modern
disease is reversible, yet we keep chasing pills instead of
physiological reset buttons like fasting. I just did a deep dive on
