coca vs cacao - terminology

digging around at wikipedia - this is the best that we can figure out

coca = 4 plants from tropics that make cocaine etc

cacao or cocoa = a plant used to make chocolate - has theobromine
which is a mild heart stimulant and bronchial relaxant

coco = a movie

carob - a sweet plant from Mediterranean and middle east - used as a
chocolate / cocoa substitute - aka locust bean
