consultant hired to assist • Townwide Radio Project: Purchase and
install all new equipment within the schools as well as other town
departments • Continue efforts to bring Fire Departments and
Stonington Ambulance onto State radio system to ensure safe and
reliable communication for their personnel well into the future • Plan
table-top exercise for Spring 2025 related to large scale incident
impacting Town operations
