10 minutes later cops get into the college bld
we have no idea what the brown university cops were doing thru all of this
university has a huge endowment - they have shitloads of money
calltakers are apparently useless - no description of anyone for 6
minutes - why couldnt the shot guy give a description via the phone -
apparently he told the first arriving cops immediately it was a
caucasian in black with mask - but no one asked for height or weight
or age
as usual - when the shtf - the agencies crumble
college police chief said they just ran active shooters drill last
week or last month - must have been totally useless drills
just the way elon likes it
