this might have been a Tac channel or a Division channel - probably a
Tac channel - 800 mhz - with all the choppy ness it probably is a
synchronized simulcast channel - which iirc applies to all 18 channels
used by LAFD - even though not all channels are simulcast citywide

this is the time period somewhere between initial dispatch and first
arrival for ground forces

Clock Tower is also running fake grassroots text campaigns under fake
org names "Friends for Peace" and "Partners in Peace" without FARA
disclosure on the texts — a potential additional violation flagged by

repeater pair per county
the 4 simplex channels were the onscene channels
maybe they didnt even use PL
maybe thy kep the repeaters turned offf 95% of the time
maybe all of the radios used 10 watts of power maximum
you might think that california is much better off with 1000 channels
- dont bet on it - huge parts of the state still have only 1 working
channel to talk to a dispatcher - for example any national park or
natipnal forest
many areas now have multi channels that allow dispatcher to truck
comms in various areas - but they are normally only staffed to put one
of those channels on the air at a time - for example - the palisades
fire
you have no idea why it took 15 minutes for the comm plan to come out
of the Palisades Fire
