==================

it just occurred to me - address is 'south state highway 130" on the
northbound ramp - which apparently means that the highway is south of
the county seat or south of the center of the county - this
terminology of Highway South - Highway North - Highway East - Highway
West - seems to be common in texas and the southeast - we dont have it
in new england - we have maybe southbound and northbound etc as
descriptors of a location but they are not part of the actual highway
name - dont think that the West nor the MidWest use these descriptors
either - nor does Pennsylvania nor Maryland
