seems to be 15 fire dispatch points
plus some sort of countywide coord point - maybe at MERS which is
somewhat the county ems coord point
airport is not listed
apparently the 15 fire dispatch points are responsible for dispatching
the 90ish volunteer stations plus the city of buffalo fire stations
the system seems to be based on the approx 15 towns in the county
how many primary PSAPs did we say there were? - we said 17 - so that is close
possibly 'radio reference database' shows 15 radio systems that serve the FDs
not all FDs have their own local FG channels - maybe
maybe each town (and city) has their own fire dispatch channel
