1. no idea who was responding
2. calltakers not obtaining any good info
3. they focused on the victims in the street and completely missed the
building full of half dead bodies
4, zero coordination on this channel with university cops who are fully armed
and on and on and on and on
note - the dunkin donuts on the NE corner has been there for 20 years
- the dunkins logo has not changed in 20 years - the street address
has not changed in 20 years - the lats / longs have not changed in 20
years - the doorways have not changed in 20 years - the doors
themselves have not changed in 20 years - the street names have not
changed in 250 years - but if absolutely no one on the city payroll
has been tasked with collecting this info and keeping it current -
then its useless - and apparently the AVL on their radios is useless -
or they dont have avl
note - the radios did work perfectly inside - at least on the first
half of this tape
note - if I hear "send everyone" one more time .....
