seems like there are a bazillion eDispatches feeds that stream just 1
channel - so they CAN be converted to nodes
many of the eDispatches feeds monitor the same freq in 1 county but
from multi different locations - you could end up with a virtual feed
that has 5 repeats of the same message - but maybe 1 has much better
audio quality than all the rest - the virtual feed would provide a
quick way to find the best audio from a county for a given incident
but they are mostly rural FDs
it could be a poor mans 'remote receiver' 'voting system'
