Big article about police chases

http://www.usatoday.com/longform/news/2015/07/30/police-pursuits-fatal-injuries/30187827/
1 person dies every day in a police chase in the USA

civilians are 100 times more likely to die in a chase than a cop

I wonder how many serious criminals are ever caught

20% of perps are in stolen cars - 20% are drunk - 20% have expired licenses - approx numbers

The real question is - How can this be handled better?

'Liberals heads are currently exploding trying to figure out how to spin this... Black man with another black man as a slave, trying to rob two former reporters of a liberal news network that both have CCL's.

Real life is  funnier than fiction.'
