the 13 original colonies use the very old 'metes and bounds' system - Texas also
other states use a newer system of measurements that went into use in

Rockingham County NH fire station map overhauled

for the accuracy of the street addresses - google seems to like to

fixed salem stations - firmed up derry stations - etc
also confirmed that star island has a 5 story wooden hotel - and is in
the town of rye - the adjacent island is in the town of kittery maine

8. distracted by commotion in pickup truck - maybe the baby started to cry loudly
9. maybe the fire truck lights and siren suddenly went off and pickup driver thought that they had cancelled their Code 3 driving and would be slowing down
witnesses said they heard siren and then loud boom - no mention of any noise from pickup truck or any change in siren noise before crash - so apparently it all happened very very fast
