looks like Washington County Maine picked up 2 new firescene channels
in 2016 - 155.2425 and 155.2125 - licensed for 400 mobiles each at 100
watts
in 2017 there were upgrades to the county fire radios - dispatchers
can now talk countywide - and there is better FG comms - unknown what
the exact changes were
