20 killed in limo crash
info from radio tape from Broadcastify
140 pm tape for Saturday October 6 2018
156 pm - Schoharie Fire and Schoharie Ambulance paged for multi vehicle crash - bravo level response - unknown injuries - (2 cops also responded - 1 might have been a nearby state trooper or county sheriff or mutual aid cop)
159 pm - dispatcher says he thought he heard (?Comm Tac?) say that CPR was in progress
200 pm - unit at scene (maybe cop) - "expedite them" - tone out Central Bridge FD and Amb - put Life Flight on standby - need multi ambulances
201 pm - need wrecker (to move limo)
202 pm - Central Bridge Fire and Ambulance paged - upgraded to Delta response
207 PM - LZ at .....
208 pm - start AMR - all available EMTs
(the feed scans multi channels so bits and pieces of some messages are heard)
210 pm - 4 patients
211 pm approx - need 3 more ambulances
216 pm - need 2 more helos
217 pm - LifeNet 7-2 ETA is 3 minutes (first helo)
Ch 2 is LZ channel - 46.20 - do you have Channel 2?
-----------------------
Schoharie has maybe 2 or 3 ambulances - same for Central Bridge - 6 minutes elapsed between their 2 pageouts
dispatchers kept their cool - cops too
you can see that 25 minutes into the call no one had mentioned MCI nor 20 injuries
you would think that the first person to reach the limo would have yelled - we got a ton of bodies in here - but the dispatchers never had any info regarding injuries at all - but they knew that multi vehicles were involved
note at 210 PM - report of 4 patients - that was 14 minutes into the incident - very strange
