It is a japanese particularity. They say in which direction they turn
on crossroads and such things.

they get fully dressed before getting into the truck - so they lose 1
to 2 minutes vs a FD that gets dressed in the truck enroute to the
scene - trucks might be a little smaller than USA trucks - maybe not -
but the guys are probably smaller also
