responses must be non automatic mutual aid - apparently for every ems
call that cal fire goes to - which we assume is nearly all of them -
has to be billed separately maybe

note - several of the cal fire units are actually stationed in county
fire stations - so essentially this document tells you nothing about

what is really going on - possibly all 20 of the cal fire engines are
staffed just in the summer - but when they are staffed - they respond
to all calls in their area (fire and ems and rescue etc) along with
county fd units - and its 24/7 staffing for the cal fire units - none
of this federal 8 hour per day crap lol

cal fire stations
