looks like there are 100 fire stations - each has 1 pumper and 2 man
or 3 man crew maybe - there also might be 1 ambulance at each fire
station - but they are operated by PR EMS
there are also many private ambulance companies - mostly neighborhood based
the fire station layer might have 95% of the fire stations - we need
to find a current list of all of their stations - fire fandom might be
the best list at this time
the police layer needs more work - they seem to have 1 island wide PD
- and maybe state police also for highways or narcotics or something
per the PR EMS website they have 6 dispatch centers
not sure how FD handles comms - nor PD
not sure if they java any formally declared trauma centers or heart centers etc
