cop wannabes are a problem
openness - live scanner audio
re dob and name via radio - cop could say "456 Code 10-300" -
dispatcher would send message to warrant channel dispatcher - expect a
phone call from officer 456 - officer 456 calls the warrant dispatcher
via cellphone and gives the secret password of the day - bingo - no
more private info over open airwaves
or maybe warrant checks could be done by address and initials - maybe
in any case - no legit scannerist is gonna miss the warrants channel
