apparently they have 3 types of pumpers - pumper with no water -
pumper with water - CAFS pumper
3 types of ladders - 2 tall ladder and 1 shorter
2 types of rescues - regular and bigger - the bigger one might be
required by the national government - and it might be required to
respond immediately to national mobilizations - more like a USAR rig -
the regular rescue has a crane and has scuba gear
