fire seems to be confined to one area 30 feet by 30 feet with lots of
pipes - fire was not spreading but there seems to be an endless supply
of flammable liquid giving 30 foot flame lengths - FD seems to be
running just 1 stream of water and the ground is flooded with water
under the burning pipes - news helo just left the scene at 2215 est
