they were late for a meeting and didnt want to wait 5 minutes for the
freight train to pass
or maybe they had never been on the road before and the stop signs are
barely visible
no alcohol use - seatbelts on - killed were a hispanic male 38 from
clovis and a 2nd party that has not been IDed yet
