this is pretty cool - you want to know what rna and dna are all about
- here ya go!

if you have not been in college for 50 years - then this might go
slightly over your head - but the graphics are super great - so you
can sorta turn down the volume and just watch the show - but listen to
the first couple of minutes so you get the intro

bottom line - in 15 minutes you will see stuff that no one has known
for millions of years

note - the carbon ring diagrams are 2 dimensional representation of
complex 3D molecules - and they also account for right handedness vs
left handedness - which is the idea that 2 molecules can be identical
- except that one has the thumb pointing to the right and the other
has the thumb pointing to the left - you know what I mean - your hands
are mirror images of each other - just put them together and check out
the differences - one is right handed and one is left handed - by
definition - and the same thing happens with molecules - you can go to
the vitamin store and buy r-alpha lipoic acid or you can buy l-alpha
lipoic acid - r is much better for you - but we are veering way off
into the weeds now
