not sure what ferries are available in the area
Maine State Forestry helios are maybe 1 hour away
seems that the local airline had a pilot and plane on the island
24/7/365 for medevac calls
coast guard helo from halifax has deicing equipment - others dont
"Ambulance New Brunswick" has just 1 medevac plane
