first iteration
airport has a crash truck staffed by the newport fd - but its not
staffed by the airport manager apparently - they might have more than
1 crash truck actually - they got money in 2007 and 2013 for crash
trucks - they lost commercial air service - that might be part of the
story somehow - maybe they sold a 2nd crash truck when they lost the
airline service
